PURPOSE: Lacquer with treated with an urushiol reduction process, an extract thereof, and a producing method thereof are provided to process the lacquer using a peracetic acid solution for reducing urushiol. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an extract of lacquer with treated with an urushiol reduction process comprises the following steps: treating the using a peracetic acid solution; boiling the mixture of peracetic acid solution-treated lacquer and a solvent, and filtering insoluble substances from the mixture to obtain the extract. The peracetic acid solution contains hydrogen peroxide, acetyl hydroperoxide, acetic acid, and indispensable additive. The solvent is water or C1-5 alcohol.
