Novel Keunjorong mosaic virus in Cynanchum sp., primer for detection of the virus and method for detecting the virus using thereof

PURPOSE: A novel cynanchum wilfordii hemsley mosaic virus discovered from a cynanchum plant, a primer for detecting the same and a detecting method of the cynanchum wilfordii hemsley mosaic virus using the same are provided to enhance the detection efficiency of the novel virus by using a primer pair. CONSTITUTION: A cynanchum wilfordii hemsley mosaic virus gene includes base sequence describe in the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). A primer pair for detecting cynanchum wilfordii hemsley mosaic virus comprises a forward primer selected from primers described in the sequence number 2-4 and a reverse primer selected from pimers described in the sequence number 5-7. The Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsley mosaic virus includes the base sequence described in the sequence number 1. A detecting method of the Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsley mosaic virus comprises the following steps: separating RNA from a sample; performing RT-PCR by using the primer pair as a mold; and detecting the virus from the sample by analyzing the PCR product. The Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsley mosaic virus detecting kit includes the primer pair.
