PURPOSE: An electronic valve of a gas insulating opening and closing device is provided to prevent a trip delay phenomenon which exceeds a specified value of the cutting-out time of a cutout by using a silicon rubber heater which directly heats a valve housing locally to prevent a lubricant fixation phenomenon of a pilot.;CONSTITUTION: An electronic valve of a gas insulating opening and closing device includes a pilot, an armature, a first hook, a second hook, a link rod, and a silicone rubber heater (50). The silicone rubber heater is installed to adhere closely to a cover plate (12) of the upper part of a valve housing (11), and configured to have a heating wire (51) which generates heat by electrical resistance due to the application of power supply and is embedded in a silicon rubber (53). The silicon rubber heater is fixed to adhere to the upper side of the cover plate, and transfers the heat which is generated by the heating wire through the silicon rubber and a cover plate to the inside of a valve housing. The silicon rubber is formed to integrally have a hook-shaped connection projection (55) which is elastically combined with the edge of the cover plate. A thermo-reversible paint (60) whose color is changed according to temperature is coated on the upper side of the silicon rubber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
