1. Compositions of derivatives of polyphenols, characterized in that the derivatives of polyphenols contain monomers, oligomers or polymers consisting of units of formula (I): these units are characterized by the simultaneous presence of a resorcinol type ring (ring A) and a phenol type ring (ring B) connected to each other with another carbon fragment C, wherein said derivatives are superactivated with respect to nucleophilic activity by alkylation of at least one phenolic group of each unit and stabilized by esterification and a mixture of fatty acids, mainly unsaturated, (AGI) of all other phenolic functions. 2. Compositions according to claim 1, characterized in that the indicated units of ring A and B are fused and then fragment C is absent, as in phloroglucinol of formula (II): 3.
