A terminal functionalized polymer containing a reaction product between a living polymer and at least one component selected from the group consisting of: (a) allyl glycidyl ether described by formula (I) CH = CHCHOCH-X, where X is the following epoxy group: where R, R and R are identical or different and are selected from hydrogen, an alkyl or aryl group containing from 1 to 30 carbon atoms; (b) allyl halosilane described by the formula (II) CH = CHCHSi (RR) -X, where R and R are identical or different and are selected from alkyl or aryl groups containing from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and X is a halide selected from chloride, bromide and iodide, and (c) a combination of (a) and (b). 2. A terminal functionalized polymer containing the reaction product between a pseudo-living polymer and at least one component selected from the group consisting of: (a) allyl glycidyl ether described by formula (I) CH = CHCHOCH-X, where X represents the following epoxy group: where R, R and R are identical or different and are selected from hydrogen, an alkyl or aryl group containing from 1 to 30 carbon atoms; (b) allyl halosilane described by the formula (II) CH = CHCHSi (RR) -X, where R and R are identical or different and are selected from alkyl or aryl groups containing from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and X is a halide selected from chloride, bromide and iodide, and (c) a combination of (a) and (b). 3. The terminal functionalized polymer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the living polymer or pseudo-living polymer is a living or pseudo-living polymer of a diene monomer or a living or pseudo-living polymer of dienes
