If concentration of melatonin sulfate in morning urine decreases to 52 ng/ml and lower and mismatch of sides of sensory-motor visual and auditory signs are detected, additionally to drug therapy carried out is light deprivation with elimination of UV irradiation impact on organs of vision in light time of day from May to September outdoors.
