FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical methods of treating lumbar spine deformation. Operation endoscope is introduced through tubule in direction of lateral surface of intervertebral disc. Device for mobilisation of lumbar spine is introduced into tubule under its control. Device contains L-shaped rod, with fixer for pins with specified diameter for respective tubule of working port being fixed on rod. Working part of rod is made flat. Device is introduced in such a way that working part of L-shaped rod is from nerve root. Fixing pins are introduced into made in device holes for pins. Device is turned and pressed to disc with isolation of nerve root from adjacent tissue, working part is brought under root to provide its protection.;EFFECT: invention provides protection of nerve root.;2 cl, 1 ex, 6 dwg
