Disclosed is a method for diagnosing endometriosis wherein a blood sample of a subject can be used and whereby endometriosis can be diagnosed at a higher sensitivity and higher accuracy than by an existing method using an existing marker for endometriosis, such as CA125, alone. Also disclosed is a diagnostic kit for embodying this method. Specifically disclosed is a method for diagnosing endometriosis characterized by comprising: a step for analyzing the expression of at least one member selected from among an anti-syntaxin autoantibody, an anti-PDIK1L autoantibody and an anti-enolase autoantibody in a blood sample; and a step for determining the presence or absence of the onset of endometriosis on the basis of the result of the expression analysis.
