1. A food product consisting of a food base with an effective amount of functional additives mixed in it, characterized in that the functional additives include a complex of crude caffeine and an effective amount of biologically active components based on coffee to stimulate the absorption of glucose by cells in the same way or better than insulin hydrophilic or lipophilic antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory activity and their combination. 2. The food product according to claim 1, wherein the crude caffeine complex contains from 90 to 95% caffeine and from 5 to 10% biologically active components based on coffee. The food product according to claim 2, wherein the coffee-based biologically active components elute with caffeine during the decaffeination of unroasted green coffee beans, and in which the molecular weight of the biologically active components is selectively about 197, about 187, about 177, and mixtures thereof. The food product according to claim 3, wherein the biologically active components based on coffee of the crude caffeine complex contain from 0% to 20% of each compound eluted with caffeine with a molecular weight of about 197, about 187, about 177, and mixtures thereof. A food product according to claim 1, containing from 0.05% to 25% of the complex of crude caffeine. A food product according to claim 1, wherein the amount of crude caffeine increases the absorption of glucose by human skeletal muscle cells at a level statistically similar to 100 nM insulin. The food product of claim 1, wherein the amount of crude caffeine increases glucose uptake by human adipocytes at a statistically similar or higher level than 100 nM insulin.
