The beverage includes soya flour and/or soya milk, the beverage pH being no less than 5.7, while the content of soya bean dry substance in the beverage makes 5-30 wt %. The beverage may include a saccharine, the beverage viscosity at 20°C being no less than 1000 mPa, Brix indicator equal to 4-23.
