FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing of pre-stressed building structures. The stressed element of pre-stressed building structures includes stressed reinforcement with anchors at the ends, power stops, in slots of which it is installed, the stressed reinforcement is made with hollow cross section with a profile on the outer surface and external thread at the ends for installation into slots of fixed power stops with the help of anchor-fixators in the form of power nuts, is equipped with plugs at the ends with inner thread and with inlet and outlet nozzles for circulation of high-temperature coolant with temperature T°C=350°-400°C. The device for tensioning of reinforcement in a mould comprises a thermal unit, comprising stressed and power elements, where the stressed element arranged in the upper part of the thermal unit comprises stressed reinforcement rods of hollow section with thermal insulation, one end of which is installed in holes of the fixed power stop and is equipped with anchors-fixators in the form of power nuts, and with plugs with outlet nozzles for circulation of high-temperature coolant, and the second end is arranged in holes of a movable power stop and is fixed with anchors in the form of power plugs with a stop. The movable power stop also has slots for stressed reinforcement of solid cross section in the manufactured pre-stressed reinforced concrete structure in a thermal mould (thermal curb), at the same time the inlet nozzle for the high-temperature coolant is arranged on the stressed reinforcement of hollow section closer to a movable power stop, and the power element of a thermal unit arranged in its lower part represents a system of mutually-perpendicular power rolled beams and is designed to perceive forces of pre-stressing of reinforcement of solid section in the manufactured pre-stressed reinforced concrete structure and reinforcement of hollow section of the stressed element. One end of the power element of the thermal unit is fixed to a fixed power stop of the stressed element, and the other one - to a power thermal mould (thermal curb) in the manufactured reinforced concrete structure, which comprises its power element, heat insulation, a heat tray with inlet and outlet nozzles for a coolant, on which fixed, folding and detachable curb boards are arranged, and also a fixed power stop, I slots of which there is a stressed reinforcement fixed by one end with solid section and anchors, with the other end - into slots of the movable power stop of the stressed element of the thermal unit, the bottom of which is located below the level of the heat tray top (thermal curb).;EFFECT: improved design.;2 cl, 12 dwg
