A streamlined body (1) with a surface (2) forming a profiled surface (3) streamlined by a fluid medium and at least one device (7) for controlling a streamline, designed to influence the flow of a fluid medium flowing around a streamlined surface (2) characterized in that the flow control device (7) or each flow control device (7) comprises: - a channel (10) extending along the thickness direction (SD) of the streamlined body and designed to communicate a fluid flowing around the streamlined surface (2), with a working chamber of a device for suction and blowing of a fluid located in the streamlined body (1), - a recess (20) located, when viewed in the direction of the chord (ST) of the streamlined body, on the side of the channel (10), passing along the direction of sweep (S-SW ) of the streamlined body and formed by a recessed section (21) of the streamlined surface (2) in the streamlining control zone, located within the streamlined surface (3), so that the part over of the recess is formed by a boundary wall (11), which is located, when viewed in the direction of the sweep (S-SW) of the streamlined body, opposite the recess (20) from the side of the channel (10) opposite the recess, and in such a way that with periodically alternating suction and blowing fluid medium through the channel (10), the device for suction and blowing of the fluid created a vortex (DR) in the flow of the fluid around the streamlined surface (2), the axis of rotation of which is directed along the adopted chord direction (ST) of the streamlined body. 2.
