The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to traumatology and orthopedics and is an innovative universal clamp for fixation of fractures of the proximal radius. The retainer allows to achieve stable fixation of any rigid multiplanar embodiment of the proximal portion of the radial bone fracture. The object of the proposed utility model is to create a design, the application of which will improve the anatomical and functional outcomes of osteosynthesis of fractures of the proximal radius.
