Device for shaping teeth of the helical gears on a machine for laser processing, comprising a body with guides for guiding the shield is moved using a rigidly fixed toothed rack driven by a gear wheel, which moves along the rotation axis by electromagnet. Rotation of the shaft on which is fixed the screw preform is produced by the stepping motor via a toothed gear. Device for shaping teeth of the helical gears provides the angle β between the shaft axis and the laser beam that allows to tilt the workpiece for forming the crown of helical gear on the machine for laser processing.
