FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making turbine fuel with preset amount of water for flight certification tests of aircraft fuel system icing. Proposed method comprises two stages. At first stage, limited amount of fuel is mixed in emulsifier tank with entire amount of water intended for irrigation of fuel in fuel tanker. Said mix is forced through emulsifier closed circuit to produce fine mix of water with fuel with globules size of 5-8 mcm. For this, required amount of water Vb is pre-calculated to be fed into tanker fuel to reach required fuel water content by the following relationship: Vb=Vm x ℘m x (Cset.-Cini.)/100 x ℘b, where required water amount Vb is calculated as the function of fuel amount of filled tanker Vm, l, fuel density pt, g/l, preset mass fraction of water in fuel Cset,%, initial mass fraction of water in fuel, Cini, %; water density℘w. At second stage, entire amount of fuel is formed in tanker closed circuit with sprinkling fine mix from emulsifier into fuel. Water-fuel stable emulsion is produced in fuel tanker uniformly distributed in tanker entire volume, efficient for 6-8 hours of test flight. Water dispersity and mass fraction are determined and compared with tolerances at positive temperature of 27°C specified in recommended specification "РЦ-АП25 ТС". Irrigated fuel in tanker is heated to temperature required for tests. Results of flight tests are used to make conclusion on compliance of aircraft fuel system with standards of civil aircraft airworthiness.;EFFECT: higher validity of tests.;2 tbl, 4 dwg
