METHOD FOR DETECTION OF IMMUNE RECONSTITUTION INFLAMMATORY DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH DRUG-RESISTANT TUBERCULOSIS AND HIV INFECTION WITH UNDERLYING HIGH-ACTIVE ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely phthisiology and infectious diseases, and may be used for detection of immune reconstitution inflammatory disease in the patients suffering drug-resistant tuberculosis and HIV infection. That is ensured by clinical assessment of the patient's state with underlying high-active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). If observing general loss of condition, temperature rise, progression of inflammatory process in the involved organs, prednisolone 0.5 mg/kg therapy is prescribed once a day for 10-12 days. The therapeutic course of prednisolone is followed by another clinical assessment, and if observing normalised temperature, regression of inflammatory process, general amelioration, the presence of immune reconstitution disease is stated.;EFFECT: use of the given method enables higher accuracy of detection of immune reconstitution disease in the patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis and HIV infection with underlying HAART.;2 ex
