FIELD: heating.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be used for conversion of heat transported with intermittent flow of exit gases from industrial plants to net energy. Actual outlet values of volumetric flow and temperature of exit gas flow from industrial plant are measured in the corresponding working phases by means of measuring devices and the above exit gas flow is converted to continuous working flow with controlled constant target values of volumetric flow and temperature by discharging or supplying partial flow from the above exit gas flow or to it due to interaction with actuating devices, and then, heat that is transported in continuous working flow is used by means of conversion to mechanical, electric or net heat energy.;EFFECT: invention allows averaging high vibrations of volumetric flow rate and temperature in exit gas flow with further use of heat energy of gases to other kinds of energy.;28 cl, 4 dwg
