FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of liquid enteroalimentation. One proposes application of a mixture of indigestible carbohydrates for production of a liquid food composition to be administered to children at an age from 1 to 14 years. The indigestible carbohydrates mixture contains at least 5 wt % of beta-galacto-oligosaccharides, at least 4 wt % of fructan, at least 0.5 wt % of indigestible alpha-glucan and at least 1 wt % of hemicellulases of the total indigestible carbohydrates quantity.;EFFECT: invention allows to produce an optimal mixture of food fibres for administration, as part of a liquid enteral food composition to paediatric patients at an age from 1 to 14 years, suffering from belly-bound.;17 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex
