In method of superposing images of ventricular epicardium of heart X-ray and ultrasound images are formed. One or more anatomical signs are invisible within ultrasound images. Statistical model for determination of positions of invisible signs relative to visible in ultrasound data signs is formed. One or more anatomical signs, visible within X-ray images, are identified. Ultrasound and X-ray images of ventricular epicardium of heart are superposed on the basis of presentation of anatomical sign, invisible in ultrasound images, and identification of anatomical sign, visible within X-ray images.
