DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR ACUTE HUMORAL REJECTION OF CARDIAC ALLOGRAFT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely transplantology and clinical immunohistology and may be used for diagnosis of antigen-mediated rejection of a cardiac allograft. For this purpose not earlier than six days after allografting, biopsy of allograft myocardium is conducted. The immunohistochemical study of the samples is conducted. If observing fixation of at least one of the components of the C3d or C4d complement system, immunoglobulins G and M in the blood capillary wall and of observing the presence of min. 30 endothelial cells of lymph capillaries containing lysosomes in a field of vision of a microscope at magnification 10/40, acute humoral rejection of the cardiac allograft is diagnosed. The invention provides well-timed and accurate diagnosis even if detecting only one known histochemical sign of the given complication ensured by newly established diagnostic criteria - increasing a number of entothelial cells of lymph capillaries containing lysosomes.;EFFECT: diagnostic technique enables the well-timed adequate treatment that promotes functional recovery of the allograft, improved life quality of the recipient and reduced time of staying in hospital.;2 cl, 5 ex
