FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at prevention of complications following the intestinal operations, at prevention of intestinal anastomotic leak, ischemic disorders in enteroenteroanastomosis in periotonitis, acute intestinal obstruction. There are involved the intra- and immediate postoperative introductions of hydroxyethyl starch (HES) 130/0.4 and balanced polyionic crystalloid solutions in ratio 1:3.
