In order to induce symptom of peritoneum irritation patient is laid on back, their lower extremities are bent in hip and knee joints, heels are brought together, palms are put on anterior-lateral surfaces of knee regions, patient's hips are brought apart to width of pelvis, knees are brought together until they hit each other, after which patient's response to peritoneum irritation is assessed.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve possibilities of diagnostics in case of retrocecal position of appendix.;1 ex
