FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of microclonal propagation of I.sibirica L. in vitro. The plants identical to original specimens are obtained by the method of direct regeneration, avoiding tylotic culture, and as explants the fragments of the floral envelope tube and flower stalk are used. The explants are cultivated in a Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium, in which the phytohormones 3 mcM naphthyl acetic acid in combination with 8 mcM 6-benzylaminopurine and 0.6% agar is added. Then the shoots are transferred to the nutrient medium supplemented with 5-7.5 mcM 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.1 mcM naphthyl acetic acid and 0.1 mcM indolyl-3- butyric acid, propagated by the scheme, alternating with mediums of high (5-7.5 mcM) and low (1 mcM) content of 6-benzylaminopurine. Then the shoots are enrooted in the Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium containing 1 mcM naphthyl acetic acid.;EFFECT: invention enables to accelerate the obtaining of regenerants of this type of flag-leaf by direct method, avoiding the tylotic culture, and to increase their output by increasing the multiplication factor to produce plants identical to the original specimens.;1 tbl
