FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of bottles operating under pressure of 100 to 200 kgf/cm2 involves obtainment of ingots from seamless hot deformed pipe from carbon steel and moulding of bottoms by applying the rolling method of warmed-up ends of pipe ingots. As pipe ingot material, steel 20 or steel 35 is used. Pipe ingots are made of pipe with nominal outer diameter of 159 mm with nominal wall thickness of 4.5 to 6.5 mm, rolling of warmed-up ends of pipe ingots is performed at the length of 80-130 mm for bottom part and 100-160 mm for the bottom with a neck respectively, and after rolling is completed, bottles with volume of 8 to 25 litres are produced, the length ratio of which to the diameter is 3.2 to 11.5.;EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption, specific weight of bottles, manufacturing labour intensity, improving manufacturability of a family of high-pressure bottles from seamless hot deformed pipes at provision of their strength properties.;3 cl, 3 tbl
