FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oligonucleotide primers and the method of their use for detection of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus in starter cultures. Proposed synthetic oligonucleotide primers have nucleotide sequences: Lbul4F 5'-GGCCAGCCAGATCGCCAGC-3' and Lbul5R 5'-GACCAGGTCGCTGTCCGGC-3'. The proposed method includes performance of PCR.
