FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for application in surgical dentistry in treatment of patients with expressed congenital developmental abnormalities and acquired deformations of alveolar crests of upper and lower jaw bones. Bone tissue volume is increased before prosthetics in two stages. At the first stage block of bone tissue, which preserves feeding from periosteum and fixation with bone bridges to donor place, is formed, for which purpose dissection of soft tissues and osteotomy on crest apex inwards in vertical direction are carried out. After that, performed is osteotomy in cheek direction to periosteum in medial and distal edges, perpendicular to the plane of the first osteotomy. Then, mucosa and periosteum are dissected from cheek side parallel to the first cut, through the edges of which osteotomy of compact and spongy substance from medial to distal transverse plane of osteotomy is performed.
