The differentiator is in form of an operational amplifier (DA) with a negative feedback through a resistor (R), to the inverting input of which the current signal is transmitted through a capacitor (C), and the non-inverting input of which is connected to the common bus (zero point).;EFFECT: high efficiency of operation of the reactive power sensor due to measurement of not only the reactive component of the load current, but also measurement of the derivative of its active current component, which is inherently reactive power of the dynamic mode of the load, which, overall, increases accuracy of compensation using a voltage fluctuation static compensator in a network with abruptly variable loads which cause flicker.;2 cl, 2 dwg
