FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmological surgery and can be applied for closing cataract corneal tunnel cut. On eyes, after keratotomy, hydration of stroma is realised by introduction of irrigational solution into upper and lower stromal layers of corneal tunnel, for which purpose applied is irrigational cannula, whose distal end is placed at 90-135° angle with respect to cannula axis and is made non-projecting beyond its side surface.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of closing.;3 ex, 1 dwg
