FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for treatment of patients with open-angle glaucoma. Structure of trabecular net is exposed to laser irradiation by Nd-YAG laser with doubling frequency with wave length 532 nm. Diameter of spot constitutes 400 mcm. Power of laser irradiation is precisely adapted to pigmentation of trabecula by changing energy by 10% until the level, required and sufficient for selective destruction of pigmented cells in each spot of impact, is achieved. Formation of small cavitational bubbles in aqueous moisture outside trabecular net without visible traces of trabecula damaging serves the indicator of impact sufficiency. If selected power in place of impact is lower than optimal, power is increased, and the next spot is applied with partial overlap of the previous one. Entire area of trabecula is processed.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to optimise parameters of laser impact, minimising side effects.;3 ex
