FIELD: measurement equipment.;SUBSTANCE: in pressure-gauge method of measurement and reproduction of low pressure with a piston pair using force measuring, balancing devices, pressure setting devices with switched pneumatic drives and valves, a cylinder (piston) is made from diamagnetic solid material, then, the piston (cylinder) combined with it with a visible gap is made from ferromagnetic magnetic solid material (magnet) with a high value of magnetic induction and coercitive force, and pole magnetic conductors of magnet are made from ferromagnetic magnetic soft material; approximation of the latter between each other forms a circular slot filled wit liquid superparamagnetic material (magnetic liquid) forming a liquid dense annular belt consolidated with poles of magnetic conductors, which tightly eliminates the gap between the piston and the cylinder, thus preserving the possibility of unobstructed rotational and translational movement.;EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy of low pressures; increasing sensitivity, quick action, complete interchangeability of parts of a piston pair; improving reliability and preservation ability of the product.;3 cl, 13 dwg
