FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: thrombin as a component C4 activator is sorbed in micropanel wells; a sample containing a human complement component C4 of unknown activity is introduced; that is followed by incubation with EDTA added; an enzyme and human anti-complement component C4 antibody conjugate and a substrate thereof are introduced; activity of the component C4 is estimated by the amount of the formed enzymatic reaction product.
