FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: electronic clinical decision support system (10, 12) (CDSS) comprises the following: an inference engine (20, 22) made as capable of generation of clinical decision recommendations for a patient on the basis of information related to a patient. Besides, the inference engine comprises rules (16), developed by certain medical experts (14) and coded into software; an electronic detector (52) of deviations made as capable of detecting instances of deviation, which mean a potential flaw in the inference engine; a data base (60) of deviations made as capable of collecting information related to instances of deviations detected by an electronic detector of deviations; and a generator (62) of reports on deviations made as capable of generation of a report (64) on instances of deviations, detected by an electronic detector of deviations, besides, the generated report comprises at least certain information collected in the data base of deviations.;EFFECT: simplified upgrade of an electronic clinical decision support system.;7 cl, 2 dwg
