METHOD OF PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF SCELETAL MUSCLE ISCHEMIA WITH SILNEDAFIL INCLUDING IN L-NAME INDUCED NITROGEN OXIDE DEFICIENCY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: calf muscle ischemia is simulated, including in a combination with additional simulation of nitrogen oxide deficiency by intraperitoneal introduction of the nitrogen oxide synthesis blocker N-nitro-L-arginine of methyl ester (L-NAME) 25 mg/kg daily for 7 days. In both cases, the ischemia is corrected by intragastric introduction of sildenafil 2.2 mg/kg on the first, third and fifth days of experiment.;EFFECT: significant improvement of microcirculation in the ischemic calf muscle of rats.;1 tbl, 1 ex
