The present invention relates to a bezel of a wristwatch with a main window (10) with multiple windows (11) on its front. This main bezel (10) comprises several recesses (12) arranged in correspondence with the windows (11). The housing (12) are accessible from the rear side of the main window (10) and each contain precious or semi-precious stones that are visible through windows dédites (11) of the main window (10). The bezel further comprises an elastic insert (13) having a plurality of pads (14) arranged inside corresponding seats (12) against the precious or semi-precious stones, as well as holding means (15, 16) arranged so that the bearing bushes (14) exert a force against the precious or semi-precious stones.
