The method involves providing wind receiving devices e.g. rotors, wind turbines and wind wheels, and aggregates of a vehicle in a forward movement to produce wind. Kinetic energy of the wind is converted into electrical power using the wind turbines. The electrical power is fed to an electric supply network of the vehicle. The electrical power is transmitted to batteries or accumulators and an electromotor when driving the vehicle. The wind receiving devices and the aggregates are attached in a front, a side, a bottom and/or a roof or in a driver cabin of the vehicle.
