A tube with circular section is fixed in the plate, where the tube supports a rotation element and allows electric power supply wires (4) of lamp (5) to pass through the tube. The rotation element comprises a rectangular profile pierced with a hole through which the tube of the fastener passes through. A displacement element serves as a support to a decorative element (15). The decorative element hides fixation units and electric power supply wires.
