Sealing profile for a sealing in the mounted state between a mounting object and at least one connection wall, or between the mounting object and a bottom of a wet zone and the connecting wall, comprises a left lower strip (3) with an adjacent left upper strip (10), a right lower strip (6) with an adjacent right upper strip, and a folded portion (500) arranged between the left upper strip and the right upper strip. The folded portion is foldable in different folding positions. An independent claim is also included for mounting the above sealing profile with the folded portion and adhesive surfaces, comprising (a) setting the sealing profile on a sub-floor and the connection wall, on a sub-floor and many connection walls, or on many connection walls, (b) unfolding and/or closing the folded portion, (c) removing the adhesive surfaces from a protective strip, or optionally arranging sealing lips without adhesive surfaces on the sealing profile and coating the sealing lips with sealing slurry, and (d) pressing the adhesive surfaces by a roller.
