The immersion pipe- or immersion pipe-segments are provided with structural upper surfaces, where the upper surfaces have honeycomb structure which are formed as bag or rib structure and are directly manufactured from metal casting as well as by subsequent application. The honeycomb of the upper surface structure is applied as square, rectangular, diamond-shaped or irregular. The upper surface structure operates the arrangement of a layer of raw mix particles between the raised projecting areas on the upper surface of the immersion pipe.
