The link (4) has a central core (41) connecting a lower wing (42) and an upper wing (43), where length of the upper wing is different from that of the lower wing. Each of the wings has left and right portions, where the link is made out of plastic material. The left portion of the upper wing has thickness, and the right portion of the upper wing has another thickness. The left portion of the lower wing has thickness, and the right portion of the lower wing has thickness, where a sum of thicknesses of the left portions is less than a sum of thicknesses of the right portions. An independent claim is also included for a fixing device to fix a clasp to a bracelet strand.
