The device (1) has a frame mounted with several light emitting elements (25). The frame has a central portion (6), and two bar-shaped side portions (12,12') which are shorter than the central portion such that the respective longitudinal ends (9,9') of central portion are set enclosing an angle in the range of 60-120[deg] . The light-emitting elements are arranged on the front side of center portion and side portions such that central and side portions are surrounded by the light emitted in an irradiation area (26). The device has a seat and/or a couch made of Plexiglas.
