The multi-functional furniture piece has a body with lateral external walls, base, ceiling, rear wall and a swivelable front (2), where overlapping plates extending in interior of the body over a portion of the body width are arranged as jumping-, reclining- and playing surface (8) and as sleeping area (10) for cats. Storage areas (7) defined in interior of body are enclosed from every sides by the rear wall to the front passing through plates or areas of the body walls. The storage areas are inaccessible for the cats from the inner chamber of the body, when the front is closed.
