The brake (1) has two brake disks (31, 32) mounted on two guide pins (2). A helical compression spring (41), a regulating nut (42), a threaded pin (43) and an annular shoulder (44) pressurize the brake disks with axial pressing forces. An annular disk (51) is rotatably mounted on the pins and provided in mechanical contact with the pins and the brake disks. The spring, the nut, the threaded pin and the shoulder apply the pressing forces on the annular disk. The annular disk brakes a rotating movement of one of the brake disks due to friction on the brake disk and the pins. The guide pin is made of metal, and the annular disk is made of rubber. The brake is provided with a thread guide element (6) i.e. thread guide eyelet, that is made of ceramic material.
