The method involves feeding energy of a voltage source (1) into a magnetic circuit of a transformer (3) by shift operations a primary unit (2). Insulated gate bipolar transistor components (8, 9) are deactivated according to a controlled time in the primary unit. The energy stored in the magnetic circuit of the transformer is conducted into battery cells connected in series by a diode unit (4), so that charge current flows into one battery cell with deep voltage than into another battery cell with high voltage. The voltage source is connected with a primary winding (P) of the transformer. An independent claim is also included for a circuit device for fully balanced loading of battery cells with a charging circuit.
