The holding arrangement comprises a bag (2,2') made of a transparent flexible plastic film, which is mounted on a rear panel (1) in tensioned condition. The plastic film is folded longitudinally and the bag is sewn with closed bottom formed on the rear panel. The upper edge of a blowable cover plate (5) made of transparent plastic is fastened completely on the bag on the rear side (7) of the rear panel. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a holding arrangement.
