The apparatus has a minicomputer comprising parts that are arranged on a printed circuit board. Sensors e.g. vision sensor, hearing sensor, flavor sensor and balancing sensor, are provided for determining threshold values during direct perception and for determining threshold values during learning perception. The sensors provide threshold valve data to different sensation centers. An output-microchip is connected with a mechanical machine. A common addressing unit is provided for controlling the minicomputer. Threshold valve memories are provided for the respective sensation centers.
