The longitudinal side rail has a longitudinal carrier (5) that is comprised of an inner tube (8) which is connected with an outer wall (10) by using several connecting bars (11-14). The cross-sectional shape of the inner tube is circular. The cross-sectional shape of the outer wall is octagonal. Several through-holes (21-28) are formed on the surfaces of the outer wall of the longitudinal carrier. The connecting bars are extended radially from the inner tube towards the outer wall.
