Manufacture of extruded-foamed granules involves melting polymer(s) (P1) (50-95 wt.%) and polymer(s) (P2) (5-50 wt.%) in an extruder, mixing, adding foaming agent(s) on or before or after melting, foaming melt emerged from extruder exit, and granulating using cutting device. The polymer (P1) is polypropylene. The melting point or softening point of polymer (P2) is less than polymer (P1). An independent claim is included for extruded-foamed granules.
