The thermoelectric plant has an impeller that is driven with generator (6) by flow of ether gas, for transferring power to a battery. The impeller is cooled by making the ether gas into liquid phase due to ignition of hydrogen and oxygen. The wings of impeller are attached to shaft and supported in drain channel so that the water vapor is stored in drain channel and is passed along sub-channels.
