The lattice mast has transverse elements (3) extending transversely to main axis (5) between longitudinal elements (2). The diagonal elements (4) are provided in diagonal direction with respect to the main axis between longitudinal elements. The longitudinal elements consist of two strips of fibrous composite material formed transversely to the main axis in common edge region in interconnected state. The two strips are extended transversely to main axis and flattened together in load-free state in removal direction from common edge region. An independent claim is included for winding for lattice mast.
