The monitoring apparatus has a sensor circuit board (1) and a cable. A cable reel is provided for insertion or removal of a sensor circuit board or cable, which consists of a tube or pipe system. The cable is a fiber optic cable. The sensor circuit board has a microcontroller, and a sensor terminal (2) for connecting a sensor (3). The sensor circuit board has a cable connection, and a platinum cover is provided for the monitoring apparatus. A sensor sleeve is provided in the monitoring apparatus, and the cable reel has an electronic system. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a pipe, with openings, for introducing a portion of the apparatus; (2) a software for evaluation of the sensor signal and measuring value of the monitoring apparatus; and (3) a method for investigation of components.
